Product strategy
As a seasoned TPM, I’ve played the role of product lead on many teams and situations, taking on the ideation and formation of a product before then leading execution. I have also worked alongside Product Leaders and can help navigate relationship building between team leaders.

Process improvement

Amazon is a company of startups and that was very true in the 2010s, where I helped expand a team from 35 to 230 over a span of 2 years. This took multiple iterations on process, changes in business structure, and a stronger documentation foundation to allow for growth. Let me help you do the same.
